ARCA Menards Series West Kern Raceway Re-Cap
Robbie Kennealy, the 2025 ARCA Menards Series West Rookie of the Year, made his superspeedway debut at Daytona in February 2026. As the ARCA West season commenced, Kennealy demonstrated impressive speed, qualifying third fastest and maintaining a top-five position for the first 58 laps. Unfortunately, a transmission issue before the halfway mark forced him to pit, and despite the team's efforts to make repairs, he ultimately had to retire on lap 74.
In his debut, 15-year-old Cole Denton achieved all his pre-race objectives, including finishing on the lead lap and keeping his car in pristine condition. He strategically focused on tire management, which allowed him to steadily advance from 14th to a commendable 10th-place finish.
Both drivers showcased their potential and determination, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead in the ARCA Menards Series West. Their performances at Daytona highlight the talent emerging in the series, promising thrilling competition in the races to come.
